Event Cancellation Policy

We will do everything possible to hold events as scheduled. However, if inclement weather precludes adequate staffing of or participation in an event, it is subject to be cancelled. Please check the following sources for event cancellation notices:

• This Web site. We will put a bold notice on the front page so you can't miss it.

• Call the appropriate event coordinator (listed on the registration form). If the event is cancelled, a recorded message will state the fact. Sorry, but the event coordinator won't be able to call you back if you leave a message asking if the event is cancelled. Just call back periodically to hear the recorded message.

• Listen to WRBS in the Baltimore area at 95.1 FM (web site www.wrbs.com) or WAVA in the Washington, DC metro area at 105.1 FM (web site www.wava.com).

If you don't find a cancellation notice, assume the event is still on. If an event is cancelled, it will not be re-scheduled and teams will have their registration fees refunded.
