The Sparks-a-Rama Officials' Certification Exam is based upon the latest edition of the "Sparks-a-Rama Official Rules and Regulations" and can either be completed online or in print.

To complete the test online, make the appropriate selections below and click SUBMIT. If taking the test using a printed copy, be sure to mail the completed test to the appropriate Sparks-a-Rama Coordinator (addresses listed at bottom of test).

Test results will be sent to the e-mail address entered below. For a more detailed review of which questions were wrong, either reply to the e-mail address announcing the score (scoring will be done by the appropriate event specialist) or include a self-addressed stamped envelope (if completing a printed test).
