Quizzers will not be able to compete in any Awana events without the signed “Parental Consent and Release of Liability” form. No exceptions are allowed.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Registration Fee: $25 per Club Team (1 - 3 clubbers from the same Book).

• On Day of Event: Registration table opens at 8:00am and the Quiz starts at 9:00am

• REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE - NO LATE OR ON-SITE REGISTRATION!

• Registration fee is non-refundable if space is available.

• Awana Bible Quiz paddles will NOT be provided. Note the rules regarding paddle usage...

• Note: Each team must supply one Scorekeeper in complete and correct uniform in order to compete.

• Quiz questions will come from the first half of the book (Discoveries 1-4, Challenges 1-4) being quizzed and Book One quizzers (UA and UC) will also be asked questions from the Start Zone. We will be using the current editions of the four handbooks for quizzing - no questions from the new Silver or Gold extra credit.

• When checking in, coaches will submit the names of their quizzers on the quiz roster sheet/score sheet and a “Parental Consent and Release of Liability” form for each quizzer when they check in for the quiz meet. Quizzers will not be able to compete without the signed “Parental Consent and Release of Liability” form. No exceptions are allowed.
